Originally from Southern California, Kacie Erin Smith earned her BFA in printmaking and drawing from the Sam Fox School of Visual Art and Design at Washington University in St. Louis. Kacie draws imagery for her colorful monotypes from experiences of beauty, connection, and nature, while also trying to depict physical sensations of emotions and places. In addition to making prints, Kacie teaches at a Waldorf school in Berkeley, California.
